#Radiobattle: San Marino takes away the victory
In very unpredictable battle for quarter - finals of European radio battle between San Marino and Lithuania, San Marino has taken the victory. Alongside famous and experienced DJ Chicco Guiliani Radio San Marino has managed to achieve high tweet numbers compared to alternative Lithuanian radio LRT Opus.
Both radio stations had one hour to represent their music choices. Different by styles, Lithuanians have shown different genre of their bands, but from San Marino came sound of Italian beach parties.
Competition host, Italian Filipo Solibelo praised the choices of both radio stations, but Twitter community has chosen San Marino. DJ Chicco has shown himself as rhythm master, and he concluded the competitions with his own song. But he was not the only star in San Marino lines. They also played the song of San Marino Eurovison competitor – Cocteu Twins, and a song called Pandora.
Serbian and Croatian twitters had given support, but comparison to last radio battle tweet numbers were quite smaller.
Music was not the only topic in this radio battle, but also promotion of European values which were presented by Lithuanian presenter Ricky. He sent word to all European nations to stick together and help refugees from the East.
Next radio battle will be held between O radio and Italian Rai Due, on 6th of march.
